Student Passes offer you an entire season of concerts, for one low price! Enjoy world-class artistry and unlock concerts of musical masterworks for one low price.  From iconic POPS hits to revered classical concertos, contemporary works by today’s greatest composers, and so much more Student Passes are the perfect way to experience the Houston Symphony.

How To Purchase a Student Pass

Student Passes for the 2022–23 Season are no longer on sale. 2023–24 Season Student Passes will be available for purchase in August.

Student Rush tickets may be purchased for $20 for most Classical and Bank of America POPS concerts. Tickets may be purchased over the phone at 713.224.7575, Monday–Saturday, noon–6 p.m. Tickets will be held at Will Call the night of the performance. Proof of a valid student ID is required for pick up. Students may purchase two discounted tickets per ID.

Ineligible Concerts

Mozart’s Requiem, Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows™ Part 2 in Concert, Summer Sounds at The Hobby Center, Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets™, and Houston Symphony livestreams are ineligible for redemption.

All other Classical and Bank of America POPS concerts including Opening Night are eligible for redemption of one ticket per concert. Seating is at the discretion of the Box Office and subject to change based on availability. Eligible concerts may be updated throughout the season based on availability.

Students can be immersed in the splendor of orchestral music with a special school rate for the Houston Symphony’s livestream concerts. Access a unique link for up to 100 students for $250—that’s a discount of 85% per person!

Enjoy classical favorites from Beethoven and Tchaikovsky, punctuated with contemporary works by today’s leading composers, as well as popular music from film, Broadway, and everything in between.
