Additional Special Ticket Opportunities

All-Access Community Pass

New this year, we are proud to offer all Lone Star, WIC, SNAP, and EBT card holders an All-Access Community Pass, with which you can attend any Classical Series, Bank of America POPS Series, or PNC Family Series concert for free.

How does it work?

  1. Request your Community Pass through this form, noting the first concert you’d like to attend. Within 72 hours, you’ll receive communication from our Box Office staff regarding your Pass.
  2. On concert night, we’ll have your Community Pass ready and waiting at the Will Call window of our Box Office, just outside the main entrance to Jones Hall. Show your photo ID to pick up your pass and your free tickets for that evening’s performance.
  3. Once you’ve picked up your 2023–24 Season Pass, it remains valid through June 9, 2024. Simply present the Pass at our Box Office at any Classical Series, Bank of America POPS Series, or PNC Family Series concert, starting one and a half hours prior to the concert start time.

One Community Pass is valid for up to five complimentary tickets per performance. If you have a group larger than 6, please contact our Patron Services Center at least 24 hours in advance of the performance. Seating is at the discretion of the Box Office and subject to availability.

Community Ticket Program

Through our Community Ticket Program, the Houston Symphony partners with local nonprofit organizations to provide members of our community with free admission to select concerts. If you work with a group that you believe has a need for free tickets, please contact us at comptickets@houstonsymphony.org.

Pay What You Wish

Throughout the season, a limited number of Pay What You Wish tickets may be available for select performances. Intended only for those with true financial need, these tickets let you name a price that works for you, starting at $5 per ticket. Limit two tickets per person. To inquire about current Pay What You Wish availability, please call 713.224.7575 or email patronservices@houstonsymphony.org.

Active Military Tickets

The Houston Symphony is proud to salute our military with a 25% discount for all active military personnel and their families.
