Mick Adams’s incredible voice, range, and power speak for themselves. Born in Columbus, Ohio, Mick began singing at three years old. Mick continued his vocal education studying voice under Ben Bollinger, whose other notable students included Karen and Richard Carpenter.
Not only is Mick a ringer for Mick Jagger, he brings Jagger’s intense energy to each performance. As a former lead vocalist for Bo Donaldson and the Heywoods, where he performed for Dick Clark, Mick has toured the country with the likes of Tommy James, The Turtles, The Monkees, The Association, The Lovin’ Spoonful, The Buckinghams, Herman’s Hermits, Ron Dante, the Rascals, and more. Picking up the guitar at age 12, Steve Zukowsky quickly learned to play by ear from the guitar heroes of the ’70s: Jimmy Page, Brian May, Michael Schenker, Ronnie Montrose, Pat Travers, and others. After seeing Led Zeppelin at one of the final U.S. concerts in 1977, Steve became a die-hard student of the Jimmy Page guitar technique. He remembers, “As soon as I got home from the show, I ran to get my guitar and figured out how to play ‘Over the Hills and Far Away’ right then!”
Steve was a pioneer of the Southern California Tribute Band scene with Sheer Heart Attack—A Royal Tribute to Queen, which debuted in 1993, and was featured in the indie documentary, Tribute—The Movie.
Steve became well-known from the success of Sheer Heart Attack, and for the many other tribute bands he’s been involved in, including Which One’s Pink? (Pink Floyd), Fireball (Deep Purple), Visions (Rush), and Led Zepagain (Led Zeppelin).
Steve is currently a member of the acclaimed Led Zeppelin tribute band, Zeppelin USA, with fellow Windborne artist, singer Brody Dolyniuk, as well as the touring Laser Spectacular shows, “Shine On” (the music of Pink Floyd) and “British Rock Royalty” (the music of Pink Floyd, The Who, Queen, and Led Zeppelin).
Born in Chesapeake, Virginia, Wes Smith has been a professional musician and educator for more than 30 years. He takes great pride in calling himself a “formally self-taught” electric and upright bass player. As a bassist, Wes has performed with many great artists and entertainers over the years to include the vocal group Take 6; Broadway stars Bernadette Peters, Joel Grey, and Franc D’Ambrosio (Phantom of the Opera); songwriter Marvin Hamlisch; rock and roll legends Frankie Avalon, Fabian, and Bobby Rydell; jazz greats Chris Vedala (Chuck Mangione), Phil Wilson, and Deanna Martin (daughter of Dean); and comedy greats Regis Philbin, Jay Leno, and Bob Newhart.
Wes has also enjoyed being the “first call” bass player for many Broadway musicals to include A Chorus Line, Grease, Legally Blonde, Annie Get Your Gun, The Last Five Years, Songs for a New World, and others. Particularly noteworthy were his performances for two world premier musicals at the Virginia Stage Company, Frog Kiss and SCKBSTD, the latter of the two with music written by Grammy-winning artist Bruce Hornsby who worked closely with Wes and the other members of the ensemble as the show ran for three weeks. Wes is in high demand in the local area where he performs 150-200 dates per year.
He began performing with Windborne Music in August 2010 with his first show being The Music of Led Zeppelin. Since then, Wes has performed with orchestras around the country to include the Columbus Symphony Orchestra, Utah Symphony Orchestra, Milwaukee Symphony Orchestra, and Fort Worth Symphony Orchestra as part of Windborne Music’s world-class team in The Music of Michael Jackson, The Music of Pink Floyd, The Music of the Eagles, and The Music of the Doors.
Wes thoroughly enjoys being a part of a quality core of musicians who have the opportunity to entertain audiences around the country while performing with some of the world’s greatest orchestras.

Justin Avery was born in Traverse City, Michigan, where he grew up watching music in his dad’s nightclub, Dill’s Olde Town Saloon. He was exposed to all kinds of music in the club: rock, blues, R&B, jazz, and others. Along with being a club owner, his dad played guitar, sang, and put together extravagant shows. His mother was a prolific artist and painter. It’s no surprise that Justin was brought up with music and always had an affinity for performing, writing, and recording music.
He has performed with artists Sheila E., Katy Perry, The Emotions, Billy Ray Cyrus, Terrence Howard (Iron Man actor), Naturi Naughton (actor/singer, Fame), Kenna, Lea Michelle (Glee) and Meat Loaf.
