Houston Public Media and the Houston Symphony continue their broadcast partnership with the Houston Symphony concert series. You can listen live every Sunday at 8pm on News 88.7 and Wednesdays at 8pm on Houston Public Media Classical HD (88.7-2) for weekly two-hour Houston Symphony broadcasts. Each program features the Houston Symphony recorded live in concert from a multi-track studio in Jones Hall. Along with the music, the program offers introductions and special commentary from Andrés Orozco-Estrada or the concert’s guest conductor and guest soloist.
