As part of our commitment to enhancing your concert experience, the Houston Symphony now offers mobile ticket delivery for most performances. If you selected the Mobile Friendly Ticket option during checkout, here’s everything you need to know.
After Your Purchase
You’ll receive:
- A confirmation page on our website
- A confirmation email with your order details
Please note: Your mobile tickets will not be delivered immediately after purchase. Instead, they will follow a scheduled delivery timeline based on your concert date.
Ticket Delivery Timeline
Your tickets will be delivered in two steps:
1. Email Delivery – 48 hours before your performance
You’ll receive an email with a secure link to access your tickets.
2. SMS Reminder – 2 hours before your performance
You’ll receive a text message with that same ticket link, making it easy to pull up your tickets when you arrive.

What You Can Do With Your Mobile Tickets
- Add them to your Apple or Google Wallet as soon as you receive them.
- Share tickets easily with friends or family—each ticket has a unique QR code.
- Access multiple tickets from the same order in one place, with the ability to switch between performances if needed.
Please note: QR codes will remain hidden until two hours before the performance, as a security measure. Your ticket will be fully accessible and ready for scanning once unlocked.

Make sure to add these to your contacts to avoid missing your tickets:

If you can’t find your ticket email, search your inbox using terms like:
- “Houston Symphony Tickets”
- “Your Mobile Tickets”
- “2 hours before the concert”
