Can’t attend the performance? No worries! Our flexible ticket exchange policies allows subscribers to easily exchange their tickets for a new performance. Simply fill out the exchange request form below and member of our Patron Services Center will be in touch to facilitate your request.

5+ Concert Subscribers

As a subscriber to 5+ concerts you are eligible for FREE exchanges.

Subscribers to 4 or Fewer Concerts

As a subscriber to 3 or 4 performances, you are eligible to exchange your performances for a nominal fee of $5.
