Jun. 24 at The Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion
Disco Night with Boogie Wonder Band
The mirrorballs, outrageous outfits and brightly-colored, radiant dance floors are all part of the disco aesthetic.
About This Concert
Disco never dies.
The mirrorballs, outrageous outfits and brightly-colored, radiant dance floors are all part of the disco aesthetic. But if you ask us, the heart of any great disco song is the strings. That’s right - throw on any Donna Summer or Bee Gee’s vinyl and you’ll be met with an overwhelming wave of incredible violins, cellos and violas.
Now, add in the rest of the Houston Symphony orchestra + the remarkable Boogie Wonder Band and you’ve got something truly special.
Best of all, it’s totally free!
