We’re shining the spotlight on the brilliant musicians that make up the Houston Symphony! Members of the woodwind, string, and brass sections step out for dazzlingly inventive works by Mozart, Bach, and Gabrieli, including one of Bach’s iconic Brandenburg Concertos. This concert weekend also offers a chance to celebrate Concertmaster Yoonshin Song as she makes her Houston solo debut with Shostakovich’s explosive Violin Concerto No. 1.
