ABOUT THIS CONCERT

In the first concert of the Houston Symphony’s 2020–21 Classical Series, eight principal musicians join forces for Schubert’s Octet in F Major. Inspired by music of Beethoven, this beloved titan of the chamber music repertoire effuses tender warmth of expression and lyrical beauty from first note to last. Tickets for this livestream performance are on sale now.
