• There is no fee to exchange in person, by fax, mail, or via the internet.
• If you upgrade your seat, you'll be charged for the difference in price at the time the exchange is made.
• When you exchange out of a given concert, you must exchange into a different concert. No open exchanges are permitted.
• You must make ticket exchanges by 5 p.m. the business day before the printed date of the performance. In the event of a Sunday or Monday evening concert, your tickets must be exchanged by 5 p.m. the previous Friday.
• If you exchange tickets within a week of the new performance date, your tickets will be held for pick up at the Will Call window. Tickets for later dates can be mailed or held per your wishes. This does not apply if you exchange in person.
• When you exchange tickets, every effort is made to provide seats in the same section, subject to availability.
• You may not exchange or donate tickets from past concerts.
• You may not exchange single ticket purchases.
• You may not exchange tickets to Subscriber Special concerts, such as the Opening Night concert.
• Houston Symphony 18 Concert Classical Season subscribers and Houston Symphony Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pops at Jones Hall subscribers may exchange tickets for any regularly scheduled Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pops at Jones Hall , Classical Season or Weatherford Family Concerts Series.
• Classical Season subscribers may exchange tickets for any other regularly scheduled Classical Season or Weatherford Family Concerts Series.
• Weatherford Family Concerts Series subscribers may exchange tickets for any other Weatherford Family Concerts Series Concert only.
• College Classics subscribers may exchange tickets for any other Classical Series Concerts (front or upper orchestra only).
