The Houston Symphony Customer Service Center is open Monday through Saturday 10a.m. - 6 p.m., and is located at the courtyard level of Jones Hall at 615 Louisiana Street. The courtyard level can be accessed by descending the stairs in front of the main entrance to Jones Hall, or through the Theater District Parking Garage tunnel.
In the case that you have ticket availability questions outside our regular business hours, please call the number above. If you'd like to purchase tickets outside regular business hours, the street level box office is open 1 hour and 30 minutes before each concert, and is located at the main entrance to Jones hall. It remains open until 30 minutes after the beginning of each concert
